Is compliance with section 42 of NDPS required - whether compliance of section 42 NDPS act is necessary In this section I will describe whether it will be compulsory to follow Section 42 NDPS when the police arrests or searches for any person in whose possession any intoxicating substance is found to be illegal. The answer to this question will be obtained by the decision of the following suit - Sukhdev Singh vs State of Punjab The Hon'ble Supreme Court has recently ruled Sukhdev Singh's appeal against the judgment of the Punjab and Haryana High Court in the said suit that Section 42 has been acquitted for not complying with the police. Under section 42, the investigating officer has the right to search, seize and arrest drugs and arrests of any warrant or warrant. But there is also a provision in this section that if any officer gets secret information about the drug then he should immediately inform it to his superiors. Earlier there was a provision to send such information immediately. Parliament changed the law in 2001, so that the innocent could not be falsely implicated. According to this amendment, on receipt of information about a narcotic substance, a period of 72 hours has been prescribed to inform its superiors. That is, a provision has been made to inform senior officials within three days of the information. The Supreme Court has taken this step on non-compliance with the provision of informing its senior officials on behalf of the investigating officer on receipt of information about Charas, etc. and recording the information received in writing. Due to non-compliance of this section, the smuggling accused are acquitted in large numbers. The Supreme Court has been directed by the Supreme Court to follow the provisions of the NDPS Act in letter and spirit. The Supreme Court has asked the Directors General of Police of all the states to follow Section 42 of the said Act.

Weather Allegation of Fault on His Advocate is Reasonable
Weather Allegation of Fault on His Advocate is Reasonable Cause For Delay condonation - Is it fair to accuse your lawyer of negligence is a reasonable reason to forgive the delay? In this article, through the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, I will show whether the delay can be forgiven by accusing the advocate of delaying a legal matter. The Hon'ble Supreme Court refused to waive the delay in filing the second appeal in the case of Civil Appeal No. 50-51 / 2009, Estate Officer Haryana Urban Development Authority and others vs. Gopi Chand, 1942 days late. The second appeal in the said case was filed with delay of 1942 days and the charge of delay was leveled against his lawyer. A bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court Justice AM Sapre and Justice Dinesh Maheshwari, while giving judgment on the said plea, said that his counsel did not take appropriate steps on time and the appeal was filed with delay, this statement seeking to delay the 1942 day There is no proper reason. The court said that in our opinion it is the responsibility of the appellant (his legal managers) to file the appeal on time. And if the appellant feels that his lawyer is not interested in the case, he should immediately seek the help of another lawyer. And it should ensure that the appeal is filed on time. And the Court also said that Huda officials have failed to do their duty.

The inherent powers of the High Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure include cases under this section in which a decision is left by the court over the court to decide according to circumstances at its discretion. Hence Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been incorporated into law. Here we will also know what kind of cases come under this section and under what circumstances and how they will be dealt with. These powers are known as inherent powers of the court. Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 - Nothing in this Code shall be construed to limit or affect the inherent power of the High Court to make orders which give effect to any order under this Code or misuse of any court proceeding. Necessary to prevent or otherwise achieve the objective of justice. That is, it states that the inherent powers of the High Court cannot be limited by any provision of this Code. These are the inherent powers required under this Code to give effect to an order or to prevent the misuse of the proceedings of a court to ensure the attainment of the objective of justice. These powers do not get to the High Court under this Code, rather these powers are vested in the High Court. But this power can be exercised by the High Court only in circumstances where no provision relating to those powers already exists in the Code. Some important matters related to Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code - In the case of State of Karnataka v. Munni Swamy (AIR 1977 SC 1489), the Hon'ble Supreme Court ruled that Section 482 envisages only three circumstances, in which the High Court itself Vested powers may be exercised "to confuse an order under the Code, misuse of proceedings of any court To prevent and to secure justice. In the case of Haryana Government v. Bhajan Lal (1992 AIR 604), the Hon'ble Supreme Court ruled that in which cases the High Court can exercise the powers conferred under Section 482 Penal Procedure Code or Article 226 of the Indian Constitution. Is - (1) where no offense is constituted prima facie against the accused by the charge made in the first information report or complaint. (2) Where the First Information Report and other material do not disclose any contingent offense. (3) Where the allegations made in the First Information Report or Complaint are so improper that on the basis of them a prudent person can never come to the conclusion that there is sufficient basis to take action against the accused. (4) Where a criminal proceeding is initiated to maliciously seek retaliation. In the case of Dinesh Bhai Chandu Bhai Patel v. State of Gujarat 2018, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has ruled that the High Court, in exercise of the powers vested under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, to examine whether the contents of the First Information Report are any separate view. Whether or not Sangay discloses the crime cannot act like an investigative agency. Thus the High Court has unlimited powers under Section 482 Penal Procedure Code.
About Kangaroos
The hopping pouched mammal may be a acquainted sight in each exposure concerning Australia.
Members of the kangaroo family can be as small as a rat or big as a man.
Kangaroos area unit found chiefly in Australia, Tasmania and New Guinea.
Kangaroos that area unit big-footed marsupials that evolved in Australia use their short front legs like arms.
The main-sized kangaroos of Australia are capable of speeding up to 88 kilometre per hour for short distances, their means of locomotion being there powerful Hind legs, which carry them over the ground in jumps of 9 metre or more at a time.
Weighing around seventy kilogram they need a median life-span of around six to eight years and a most lifespanof twenty years.
When bothered by predators kangaroos are often head for the water, standing submerged to the chest, and attempting to drown on the attacker by holding him underwater. Another defensive technique is to get their back to a tree and kick at their adversary with their clawd hand feet, Sometimes with sufficient force to kill a man. normally Shy animals, they are alert other kangaroos to danger by beating on the ground with their Hind feet.
this loud alarm signal carries over a protracted distance.
The tail is important for kangaroos. It holds them in balance and supports them when they sit for fight against other kangaroos. the kangaroo uses its short legs and arms. with them it scratches itself, cleans its fur and holds branches when it eats leaves. Kangaroos are marsupials and the female scary newborn's in a pouch in front of their abdomens.
the babies area unit born tiny and climb up into the security of the pouch.
there for the next 225 days or so, they eat, sleep and grow.Saturday, 17 August 2019
Nothing is impossible for anyone in the world
Today I am discussing about nothing is impossible for anyone
in the world. It is true not a thought. Many peoples thought that I can not do
it for a work or their means hard work. There is no hard. Every thing is easy
if we trying best or well for his/her work. You all of who are reading this article
listen a story of a solder who lost his hope that now I can not won the war. But
when he seen a spider who trying to reach its home but many of times he failed.
Now he was trying after many times and God was helped his and now he reached
his home. So we see that a little spider trying best to archive his goal. And we
are human who have a very sharp mind than the animals.
Now my second
story that based on that nothing is impossible in the world. You listen about
the story of men who have no legs but he thought that God was save my life
without lags. So it says or felt me that I will gave you a life without legs
for to do anything different and for seen the world that if you trying best for
you then anyone stop you from your goal. So you learnt from this story that
nothing is impossible in the world. In the end of story he climb on mountain and
seen the world of his Strongness. So learn from this story that no work hard
that is our heart to thinking bout it.
Now we knowing
about unity is strength. You know that no work can be done without a group. So we
can says it a unity ad it is very powerful. So on this sentence I am now
telling a story. Whenever you seen a dog now take a stone and hit this stone on
it. What is you see? You seen that dog will run away from where you are stand. Now
again take a stone and hit this stone on the comb of bee. What is you see? You seen
that all bees are coming toward you for attack. You will seen the of reactions.
What will you noticed. You noticed that a dog is single but all bees are in a
group. Now learnt a moral from this story that unity always better for everyone. So do not quarrelled
with anyone and leave be happy.

chapter 1 class 11 physical world notes
Chapter-1 Class-11
Physical World
By Kartik Dagur
1.
What is Science?
Answer: The knowledge which humans have gain through observations and experiments when organised systematically is called science.
2.
What is physics?
Answer: Physics is the branch of the science which is devoted to the study of nature and natural phenomenon.
Scope and excitement of Physics:
The scope of physics is microscopic physics, modern physics,
mechanics, thermodynamics, electrodynamics optics.
Physics in relation
to other Sciences:
-Physics in relation to chemistry.
- Physics in relation to biological
science.
- Physics in relation to astronomy.
- Physics in relation to other sciences
like biophysics, geology, aceanography.
- Physics in related to
society.
- Physics in related to
mathematics.
The development in
physics have a direct impact on society:
-Development of telephone,
telegraph, telex enable us to transmite message.
- Development
of radio, t.v, satellite for communication.
- Exploration
of the new Sources of energy.
-Advance in electrons, computers, leasures for the transport like truck,
bus, motor cycle etc.
Fundamental forces in
nature:
-Gravitational Force:
it is a attraction force between two bodies. It is directly proportional to
the product of mass of bodies and inversely proportional to the square of the
distance between bodies.
Therefore:
Properties of
gravitational force:
-it is a attractive force.
-it is weakest force in nature.
-it is operate over very long distance.
-it is obey inverse square law.
-it is conservative force. These are central force.
Weak nuclear force:
These are the forces of interaction between elementary
particles (electron, anti-nutrons etc) of short life terms.
Properties of weak
nuclear force:
-it is weak force and 10 to the power 25 times stronger then
gravitational forces.
-it is exist between elementary particles.
Electromagnetic
force:
It is the force between two point charges. According to
coulomb law the attractive or repulsive electromagnetic forces between two
point charges is directly proportional to the product of charges and inversely
proportional to the square of the distance between of them.
Therefore:
[EO = electrical permitivity of
free space].
Properties of
electromagnetic force:
-it is repulsive or attractive in nature.
-it is obey inverse square law.
-these are central forces.
-these are conservative forces.
-if the charged particle is in rest then the force is called
electrostatic force. If charged particle does not move the force is called
electromagnetic force.
-it is 10 to the power 36 times stronger than gravitational
force.
Strong nuclear force:
The force that hinds neutrons and protons together in a
nucleus is called strong nuclear force.
Properties of strong
nuclear force:
-it is 10 to the power 38 times stronger then gravitational
force.
-it has smallest range.
-do not obey inverse square law.
-it is attractive force.
-non- central force.
-non- conservative force.
Nature of physics
law:
Some physical remain constant in time these are called
conserved quantities. In the classic physical deal with the following
conservation of laws.
-law of conservation
of energy: the sum of the total energy of all kinds in the universe remains
constant. It can be transferred from one to another.
-law of conservation of
linear momentum: According to this law in the absence of an external force
system remains unchanged.
-law of conservation
of angular momentum: According to this law if the total external tarque
acting on the system is zero than angular momentum of the system remains
constant.
-law of conservation
of charge: According to this law chare are neither created nor destroyed
but transferred from one to another.
So friends or students these are notes for class 11 chapter 1. These
notes are very best for learning and easy language.

Article On Rapid Urbanization
RAPID URBANIZATION-A PROBLEM
The massive influx of people from small towns and villages into Metropolitan cities has various adverse consequences on all sections of society. The fast paced growth of urban population has caused a great strain on the capacity of the Municipal Corporation to provide even the basic utilities like housing, water, electricity and sewerage.
It has also led to the springing up of unauthorised slums at every available space. The rise of these unplanned squatter settlements are a clear index to the unbearable living conditions that immigrants face. This problem needs to be tackled on an urgent basis. The government must plan on how to create more job opportunities in villages and small towns so that the people living there do not feel the need to move to cities.
The government should plan its strategies and investments in such a way that the rural population is provided with Economic opportunities other than agriculture. Only then can the false lure of cities as lucrative places for a better life can be removed from the minds of the rural population.
Effects Of Urbanization On The Environment
There are many effects of Urbanization.
1. Increasing of population at a place.
2. Everyone people know that more people more pollution.
3. To complete daily supplieses peoples effect Environment.
4. It is not possible to get more jobs at one place.
5. Peoples left their fields in villages that is an effect on the Environment.
Factors Of Urbanization
1. one of the most important issue is no jobs.
2. so peoples attract toward cities.
3. No fields for farmering.
Essay On Dowry System
Even in the modern
world where women are marching ahead in all walks of life, the evil practice of
the dowry system continuous. Naked materialism and consumerism have only Increased the appetite of the Dowry seekers.
That Dowry amount depends upon
the social and economic status of the prospective bridegrooms. Demands for cars, bikes, music system, ACs is
costly furniture and growing in the marriage market. But the greed of dowry
seekers remain unsatisfied.
Bride-burning is not a rare phenomenon in India. The Anti-Dowry Act, 1976 must be strongly implemented for eradicating the this social stigma. The dowry seekers should be socially boycotted and given
strict punishment.. Public and voluntary organisations should come
forward to root out this social evils
from the society.
